The Crowdstrike Incident

I'm sure many of you followed the news about the Crowdstrike incident that crippled businesses across the world. Airlines were particularly hard hit, with tons of flights being grounded and the after-effects rippling through for days.

Crowdstrike released an incident report, but to me it appears quite uninformative. Interestingly, in this class we will be discussing many of the things that they think they should be doing in the future.

Improve Rapid Response Content testing by using testing types such as:
Local developer testing, Content update and rollback testing, Stress testing, fuzzing and fault injection, Stability testing, Content interface testing
